Hi,

I'm reporting this forum as it has been setup as the RCCGB forum when the original one already exisists. This is taking our members away from the original forum as they think it has been closed down, but it hasn't.
We have a written contract from the chairman stating our board is the official RCCGB board, and we have had no correspondence to say otherwise. We have had our forum open for over 5 years, appointed the official message board for the club and are concerned that the new board has setup without authorisation or approval.

It has also copied our layout of subforums and has contacted our members to poach them over to the new board. (They Private messaged loads of members with a link - database evidence can back this up).
I hope Admin can help to investigate/close this board so we can reinstate the official one.

says that the myfreeforum forum is official. I have no way of knowing the truth.

Would you like access to the content of our Admin room on the original board? Also you'll notice when the original board was created in contrast with when the freeforum board was created. We have been here for 5 years, and we are still the official message board.
Indeed the link from the main RCCGB site has been changed but in line with our contract, we have had no correspondence from the chairman Andy Hine.
