Reply Get your facts Straight You have no right placing your message about my forum. also the reason the forum is hidden and if you had a brain you would know that, the reason for hiding a forum from guests and in my case the reason my forum is not available to guests, is because this would and can be abused. so stop being stupid and thinking Im allowing members to download Illegally this is not true. and I advise you to watch what you are saying here for your information also the members songs are stored at esnips box.net etc and not at my website or forum. simply put the members of my forum place a link in thier posts other members click this link and this opens at the members page where thier songs are stored. and they are not downloadable so not infringeing on copyrights at all and as nothing is available for downloading from my website or forum I am breaking no laws what'soever so I think having said youll get the point and furthermore Ill say to you I am 100percent within the law so there... please contact me direct so I will give you a link to the members and see for yourself I have nothing to hide from you or anybody.... here is my contact email xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ...ok bye bye

I apolige but can you see my point of view, when I noticed this post I was not happy that he was suggesting that thier was Illegal activities going on at my forum. if you want me to remove the hidden part of my forum so that you can check for yourself I know that Iam not breaking rules here and I would like you to check this forum for me and give me your opinion and if thier is any Issues which need to be addressed then I hope that we can resolve these possible Issues Dave.
here is my forum I have made the songs section available for all to view this will only be available for a short while so that this cant be abused so would if posible a quick reply to this Issue that Bravos raising thanks Dave.

hi what Issues are you trying to raise here I in no way am inviting people to post Illegal downloads none of the members links to thier songs are available to download so whats your problem are you Just one of those people who enjoy messing up other people lives if thats so then your a sad person this forum isnt breaking any laws and I formally demand you get to the point and say what your problem is with my forum if you cant backup your accusations at us then shut up and dont bother us again you are way out of line here and are trying to cause trouble have a nice Day .

Bravo is a highly respecetd member here and would never single out any forum, he thought you may have been allowing people to post download links (he couldn't check, so he posted here for admin to see), admin has said that he thinks you are staying within the rules so that should be the end of it, I would just advise you not to get angry at people who are just trying to make sure forums are staying within the terms and conditions.

yes I understand but my forum is not Illegal all my members are simply doing is placing a link to thier songs so that other members can listen to thier songs they are not available to download so where does he get the Idea this is Illegal posting simply because I choose to hide my forum which is only available to members not guests for one reason only they can abuse so this is only for members

I asked for clarification, clarifiaction was given on April 13th. That was the end of that. It is important that forums stay within the T&C.
Your anger, insults and rudeness are misplaced. There was a legitimate question, which was asked, and answered on open forum.

I have had a think about this and I only noticed your questions about my forum today so having said that I now feel that I am out of order and feel that I should apolige to you and Admin I formally apolige to you Im sorry for what was said about you I was angry but I didnt see this your post until today so was out of line so hopefuly Im forgiven and hope this is now ended David
