How to get fans?How do I get people to come? (I know it's a vague question). This is really my first forum. If you could tell any ways to get people to come, it would be appreciated. We are a nation of animal lovers, most of us love to watch a good wildlife program or watch a deer running , so why do you not have members ??
The plain truth of it is you do not have enough post to keep people interested. If i ran an animal forum i would have pages upon pages full of pictures animal Stats funny animal stories , animal facts, help pages You have an open door here as there is so much that can be done, however no one will join an almost empty forum. |

oh, thanks. I guess I'll try that. I also see some guests on sometimes; I am not sure whether or not they are able to register. I unlocked all the forums, but on the main page, at the bottom, it says "this forum is locked". I signed out and tried to register and it worked, but I'm just making sure... | ||

These "guests", are probably Google advert targeting bots, not real people. Sorry.
And where it says "This Forum is Locked" on the bottom of the forum, it is referring to a key that is explaining which image shows that the forum is locked. That does not actually mean that your forum is locked. As Symon said, we are a nation of animal lovers. What I think he meant to say is that we are a world of animal lovers (not just the UK)  .
You have a really great forum subject, and given time and the proper advertising many people will join your forum. You should submit your forum to search engines (try this: www.google.com/addurl), and try to advertise your forum (not spam!). All you have to do is spread the word. |
