ok i don't need to know any codes or anything like MYFF.blablabla.

I just want to know what u do... basically.

Ok. i want to know where u go exactly after clicking on administrative panel. and where to enter in those codes.

For example lets say i want a clock on my forums. So what r the exact steps

1. Go to the administrative panel
2. Click on the portal settings
3. Select one of them and then what??

Which button do u click and where do u type in those codes to make the portals to work.

Few portals do anything unless place in a template. So look up about template editing.
