a quick answer of 'pm admin with forum name and password' would have been better than the now boring 'read stickies' or 'use search' replies.
go back and read some of the old threads when people were only too glad too post help.

it's auto mated because pm'ing admin with those details takes his time away from doing various bits and bobs to teh system, where as someone reading the f.a.q would know that by disabling the board and not logging in it will get purged, so they don't really have to do a great deal.
