Helpgodstillspeakstoday www.godstillspeakstoday.myfreeforum.orgI accidentally tried to switch to pph3 and when I switched back I get this message on my forum F1414 forums of which 8 are privateA0 L272 in the status on the myfreeforum site. And if I put in the link I get a page that says my forum is either disabled or suspended. please help ME. |

You can not accidentally switch to phpbb3. second i had to move this from terms and conditions, so this would suggest that you have rushed into something with out stopping and reading the guides first. |

The "www" link is always propagated via the DNS, so may well lag 48 hours. Records suggest the DNS is pointing wrongly, but that it does not exist in our records, indicating as Symon says you disobeyed what is clearly written on screen and committed to phpbb3 and are now reversing the commitment, which will work, but is hardly something you can expect to happen easily. | ||

Ok I went thru the conversion process. It said I had a critial error in the process I can access my forum thru the following link

It is simply not useful to say you had a critical error, but not to tell us what it said, and then to go on and tell us the conversion did not work, of course it did not work as you had a critical error!
You need to go through the conversion process and select the option to reset things, then kick it off again and tell us what the error was. But all this is terribly confused as you have not even waited 48 hours for it to be clear things were set properly back to phpbb2, so as far as I can see you have. 1) converted to phpbb3 possibly ignoring an error. 2) confirmed that conversion when it was not working. 3) revoked the conversion, a process that is not intended to happen. 4) not bothered to wait 48 hours. 5) tried again and got an error you have not bothered to report. It is almost like you are trying to wreck a forum! |
