Go to admin panel > 2. General > Configuration > Session length [ seconds ]
What number is in there? The default is 3600 which really should be long enough to type a post I would think. |

This has nothing to do with terms and conditions. Ask the user what browser their using and how long this problem has been happening before. Sounds like cookies problem. |

Most likely is a cookie problem, it pops up with php I've noticed, but not always... Have him add the site to the always allow list for cookies. |
