All due respect, but that is asking a server on the web if it can see the address. It does not tell us if you can see the address.

How do I accomplish the task? I'm willing to help if I know how.

Only virgin media with a problem so far. I'd also be interested in ping times out of curiosity.
It is odd that you seem to be going through the same virgin media router and not having an issue

Could it be something with virginmedia treating our traffic differently? Like, I could download less than you so I get xx priority? Sounds unlikely, but eh, seems like a possibility (in my head, anyway).

My ping is 1.34ms from my server, with a single hop. I think we're in the same datacentre, haha.

Sod all downloads here, and that would have nothing todo with getting cut off like that, not that I can think of anyway.
Virgin have said it is a routing fault.
