I had someone try to break into my phone voicemail...Cingular actually notified me about it. There were apparently three attempts.

Then someone left a message on my corporate voicemail that sounds like a siron/alarm - thus after logging in I would get to the first message and here the alarm and hang up...clueless as I am - I thought there was something wrong with the voice mail..so I don't know if this had to do with the above.

But then I have concerns over my email security. I just changed my password and cleared out all my emails etc etc. I don't know if this is paranoia but I have two friends that work for the same company. One of whom when I emailed last year about something private - I thought repeated the information...I never confronted the friend just thought to myself don't bother with them anymore. But now the other friend has came to me and asked me about the email privacy. So I am a bit flustered by the entire situation because I know that I would not have repeated the subject matter.

So I think it is someone in the office that they work in because of it happening more than once. But then I have another friend that was on my computer -- and I think I may have been logged into email.. I was getting ready to go out so they had unsupervised access for over an hour.
I don't see why this friend would have read my emails. But that would be the only other way that the subject matter would have been repeated.

Anyway, I don't work in an office setting. Does anyone know how this would be possible? The one friend I had emailed on the corporate account and the other on personal account (hotmail). Maybe I am just being paranoid?? Everything seems so coincidental...

Weird.... could be a virus, or a dishonest friend.
