Been struggling merry hell with a shower assembly, it would not turn off Sad

The shower manufacturers help line, initially said take the whole think apart, an involved process involving me spending £20 a the biggest spanner I have ever seen.

They said there would be debri causing the issue, there was not Sad phoned again and someone else said, oh that problem is easy and just innvolves a quick twiddle.

So try and get things back together again, and things won't screw up Sad Gummers tell me they must send out froms and me send back proof of purchase before they will do anything Twisted Evil

So phone up screwfix, they will send me a new one tomorrow for me to raid the bits I need, and take the old one back Monday! Totally different attitude Smile
