Hi

My problem is i installed and activated the use of a template which i couldn't view due to it not having a image hence the reason i installed it and activated it, anyway when i looked at my forum index page it was just a white screen and i can't get into the admin panel to sort it out either.

Not to worry i just remembered how to fix the problem, over at the control panel.

If you use the editor account to view new templates or changes to templates you will be safer.

Altering the template everyone sees is a recipe for disaster.

I wasn't thinking, normally i view them via the preview and if i like them i install them but with this template called phpbb08 it was a blank screen so maybe the template is broken, not sure but when i checked the box to reset back to sub silver it didn't take effect i had to clear everything which luckily i hadn't made any edits to html codes etc so it could be a damaged line of code in the template.

I will remove that template. I am sure I have heard issue on it before.
