is there a way to filter google ads, i run a dating site and i would rather not have google ad for other dating and social sites on my page, other than ad free site, is there any way to filter them?

Why have you posted this in off topic?  

There is no other way apart from going ad free.

The only way would be if the ads were really offensive (truly offensive not just a competitor), then you can report them here.

google ads are contextual and so will inevitably reflect forum content.
