Email address changeSpam has started to get to such overwhelming levels that the only practical answer is to disable our existing email address "myfreeforum" and start using "admin" instead.Can I ask people never to publish the new address admin(ATSIGN)myfreeforum.org without obscuring it. This well help keep the new address viable for longer. |

The email address their is unchangeable really. Whereas the myfreeforum one is one that we do say should only be used for specific things that you are advised to do via this forum. No one should be emailing us on it if they are following the rules. Hence changing it will only annoy people who persist in thinking they have some "private support hotline". | ||

Quite a good idea if it works, I confess I have no idea, never seen the point of word censorship before, and I don't know if phpbb2 would handle the @ character. | ||
