I've recently got myself a website (to run alongside my forum) with prophp.org. Signing up was a doddle, but now I'm a little stuck.

I've created an index page in Frontpage, now I haven't got a clue how to upload pages I've tried asking hubby but he's got more important things to do (like moving pc speakers lol) I’m a complete n00b when it comes to this, please be very patient.

Basically I'd be very appreciative if someone could talk me through this. Once I've got the basics I should be ok on my own. It's just getting this first page uploaded I need help with.

Here’s what I’ve done…

I’ve tried creating a domain and it said the following: bebicftc.byet.org is allready assigned and in use. (their typo not mine)

I’ve tried uploading the index page to the www directory, with no luck.

Get yourself an FTP client.

This package includes the client software, I just want to know how to use it lol

I've just sat with hubby and he's managed to help me get the basics of the index page uploaded, I can keep banging away at it to get the graphics working
