Is there a mod I can apply to the forum coding to give an individual user the choice in their profile to disable viewing of all signatures in posts?

The only method I know of is the global signature disable in the config for the entire forum.

Sorry no, but it is not a bad idea.

Thanks anway .. also thought it a good idea, as some of the members use PDA's etc. with limited screen sizes and some of the sigs can be intense for the smaller devices.

Well we have a new server to install soon, so will want really to hold off on changes until that goes in.

There is plenty of work to do with test configurations for the new server.
