What leads you to that conclusion?
Do you see bad shadow effects? I don't.
I would love to know what draws people to the conclusion that this is photoshopped. I am not saying it isn't, I am not saying it is.
I believe people are shouting 'fake' without any reasoning behind it whatsoever. The composition, lighting, shadows etc all point me to the conclusion that this photograph is real. I see nothing whatsoever to suggest any faking. Of course it is possible to get this kind of faking done to a massively high standard, but you would need the kind of software only governments posess, and I can't really see such as the CIA faking this image to shove it on some forum somewhere...

It is a fake in my eyes and quite surprised no one has noticed the error that gives it away.
Look at the base of each post then look at the base of the post i have put an arrow next to it to help you.
Spot the difference.

Yes Symon, when I was looking at it, I did notice that, however, the post itself is fresh and not related at all to any of the other posts. Nicks stands out a mile as just a mirror image of the one to its left.

wouldn't it be possible that the post that looks different was allready there before they started working on the other posts, that could be why it doesnt look like the slab has been removed.
