Custom BBCode for Fonts

I'm now running PHPBB3 on my forum - http://drewschofield.myfreeforum.org

I've add the custom BBCode for font but in old posts it still shows as below.

What am I doing wrong?

Bbcodes do not work retrospectively in phpbb3. If you edit and resubmit the post it should work.
