I am reporting a copyright violation. A poster by the name of Yodafueva is using a clip from a Harry Potter movie as a signature. That is a copyright infraction.

The first thing you must do is to contact the member then the board Admin, it is not our job to police individuals signatures.
Secondly the complaint if there should be one should come from the owner of said clip that you feel is wrong.

You seem to want to by pass the first steps ,, as i said first off you should approach the member and then the admin to give them a chance to remove it, rather than go straight out to try and cause any unnecessary trouble.

The fact you ignore repeated advice to speak to the member and admin of that forum, just goes to show that you are hell bent on causing trouble for some mindless point scoring exercise.
