these three step by steps on fly tying have been directly copied from my forum

They have allegedly been posted  by a user of both forums . however the user in question  assures me that he didn't post them .  If you have a super admin login for that forum , check the other users posting from this address ..I think you'll be able to determine who posted them very easily

Hi,
Due to being away with work commitments this is the first time I have seen this and the first opportunity I have had to answer your e-mail. I was under the impression that the posts were made in good faith, if I had access to a pc while away I would have deleted the said posts. I understand the forum has been suspended due to no contact being made by myself, can the forum now be reinstated and the posts will be deleted by myself as soon as it is accessible again.
May I take this opportunity to apologise to the parties involved and assure you that if I was about action would have been taken sooner.

Since this is a recurring issue why don't you make it possible for people to complain on your forum, and have mods that have the power to act on your behalf.

This sort of complaint should not be being seen by us at all really.

All the parties concerned can contact me via PM as the forum is a members only site and only accessible if you are a member of the forum. It seems that they have issues with the forum and are intent on getting it shut down for purposes only known to them.

Rather than making wild accusations of some sort of vendetta ..

If I was the admin of NITA . I would be investigating . how Harry_lfc's password was changed? who changed it ? and who has been logging in as him and posting material from other sites

In regards to contacting you directly , any time we have tried to contact you before we've been replied to with accusations and denials , a monotonous diatribe that frankly I could do without

There is a time and place to debate this but unfortunately this forum is not the place.

Indeed we do not want inter forum squabbles spilling out on here. But equally this is not the first valid copyright complaint about your forum and you do need mechanisms in place that both show a proper response to reports and where there are mods there to deal with them.

e.g. as we have threads here that are visible for complaints to be made, then maybe a forum/thread on your forum should be where complaints are made, so that in future we can see that all is dealt with above board and that people don't feel the need to come here to complain.
