Dear Sir,
I have been having trouble for some time now with the owner of a forum hosted by myfreeforum taking content from our website and using it on theirs. Enough is enough and I have just discovered another violation of copyright.

On my site we have spent a lot of time putting together this information - http://www.completefisher.com/images/Hooks.jpg

It has now appeared on here with the heading removed - http://flydresser.myfreeforum.org/about253.html . This is a violation of copyright and as board owners I hope that you will act swiftly to do whatever is necessary to put this right before I have to consult out website lawyers as we have had to do on previous occasions.

I am the administrator of the forum in question. I must apologise if offence has been taken by the other party however I was unaware that any copyright infringement had been breached. I have aplogised to the owner of the site in question and in the future will be more vigilant towards the postings made onto the site.
Could the suspension of the site please be lifted as the members have put a lot of work into making it a helpful resource for others.

Normally a first complaint might not lead to suspension, but in this case there is a claim of multiple infringements and the image had not just been linked to, but copied and saved elsewhere.
