copying and pastinghttp://ourdanes.myfastforum.orgSomebody has come onto my forum and copied what someone had said then pasted it on another forum to cause trouble! I was told there was a code I could put into my board wrapper to stop copying and pasting,but dont know what this means!

Basically you can add javascript to try and disable copy, but any fool can get around that so it is pointless. | ||

Disabling right click does stop people from copying pictures but they can alway's add there own pictures if they so wish, but it might help reduce the temptation of those copying yours and/or your members topics/posts.

People are still able to copy using CTRL-C and CTRL-V. Unless you disable highlighting there is minimal way

Yes you can still copy text in less like you say you provent the use of highlighting text but you can't use CTRL to copy a picture which protects your pictures, disable the use of right click and disable the use of highlighting text then you should be safe from copy and pasting however it doesn't stop copying since there are still way's around that. |
