I have just changed my forum from Phpbb2 to Phpbb3. The only links I can find on here are for changing the logo on Phpbb2. I am used to using FTP software to access the database and add extra things there, like individual smilies. Can I have access to my database or is there another way of changing my logo ?

This is the logo I want to use which I had on my forum when it was Phpbb2.

Changing the logo in phpbb3 is done in a similar way to phpbb2 via the admin panel.

The themes are found under the styles tab and the same thing applies with regards to copying a theme onto one of four slots, where after you can then edit the theme and change the logo in the pages code.

If you have trouble replacing the images via the themes imageset, you can always upload it to the webpages addition and link to it from there, if you get lost along the way, grab a screenshot of where you get lost and what part is confusing you

Thank you for your help. I have got as far as the images and putting the one I want in the imageset but can't get it to replace the Php logo. I have put it in the webpages and also uploaded the image from my PC as well as trying the original URL.

Thank you. I did try to get on there a couple of days ago and it kept saying the forum doesn't exist so I thought it best I asked my question on this board.

I've followed and done everything it says, as far as I know,  but it still doesn't change from the original logo.

All working now. Thank you for your help. I think it just took time to activate on the actual forum.
