Cats gone again

No changes have been made by me but once again cats has gone from http://howtodoit.myfreeforum index page.

When this sort of thing happens, you may want to take a copy of the text for you cms_categories.tpl, delete it, so when you edit you edit the official version. In this case you will see some key changes have been made.

Hopefully they make sense in terms of becoming more consistant.

I have not got the orginal anymore they were taken out when the new ones were out in this is what i have at the moment

Code:
<table width="100%" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" border="0" class="forumline" align="center">
<!--BEGIN switch_categories_title -->
   <tr>
        <th colspan="1" width="100%" height="25" class="thCornerL" nowrap="nowrap"> {CATEGORIES_TITLE}</th>
     </tr>
<!--END switch_categories_title -->
  <!-- BEGIN cms_categories_row -->
  <tr>
   <td class="row2"><span class="topictitle"><a href="{cms_categories_row.U_VIEW_CATEGORY}" class="topictitle">{cms_categories_row.CAT_NAME}</a></span></td>
  </tr>
  <!-- END cms_categories_row -->
</table>

But the default is:

Code:

<table width="100%" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="1" border="0" class="forumline" align="center">
<!--BEGIN switch_categories_title -->
        <tr>
        <th colspan="1" width="100%" height="25" class="thTop" nowrap="nowrap"> {CATEGORIES_TITLE}</th>
        </tr>
<!--END switch_categories_title -->
  <!-- BEGIN categories -->
  <tr>
        <td class="row1"><span class="topictitle"><a href="{categories.U_VIEW_CATEGORY}" class="topictitle">{categories.CAT_NAME}</a></span></td>
  </tr>
  <!-- END categories -->
</table>

Need to get away from this incorrect use of the terms! http: is a protocol www is part of a web address.

I expect an option can be added to do this. It would be in the control panel as part of the simple hacks.

Won't be added quite yet though.

As of Monday my priority is going to be to develop servermasters.myfastforum.org using the portal system, which should help iron out the issues.
