Can anyone give me an easy guide for making a Virtual shop on my forum
or explain the one on howtodoit one

well ive done everything
but tbh i dont get the web pages/templates part

You must give the (myfree/myfast/myfine)forum.org link to your forum. A link should be given to the problem if at all possible. Do this whether you think it is important or not.

You have to give us something to go on. If you had done everything it would work.

when i add shop to the end (/shop.html)
it comes up with
general error
could not read template infomation

then at a rough guess you have not given the shop.hml page a valid template, perhaps you have not defined/installed one in web templates.

i did the template and it comes up with the shop

but it doesnt come up with what i put in the profile fields

Give an actual link to the shop, give us a screenshot of the portal settings....

Theres the problem, you seem to have given the SHOP portal a funny name "Virtual Shop". I bet nothing else you try and do with the portal uses that name. You should put your shop items in the SHOP portal itself. e.g. I bet you shop.html page refers to:

{MYFF.SHOP}

Yep, I bet you did put "SHOP", but you are putting things into "Virtual Shop" which is another portal all together!

Add the items you want to the "SHOP" portal and remove the one I guess you have created and called "Virtual Shop".

also could you tell me how to get it in the bar with things like profile, messages, search, memberlist etc?

You need to add it to overall_header.tpl where those things are.
