breach of forum rulesi am unfortunately on one of the forums regularly insulted with words like
the resident idiot
the drunk
the idiot
etc.
on several occasions i have asked the webmaster to intervene, to no effect. where and how can i complain.

If the forum admin runs it like that, then leave.
We put no onus on admins to run their forums nicely, if a forum is not nice and people leave, it will die.
