You want to take out the S, an isp is you internet service provider and the ip(Internet Protocol) is what you want to search for. | ||

Ok. Can anyone tell me how to stop this. I keep getting someone registering under abusive names. They never post. Other can constantly deleting, is there anything I can do? |

Make sure you have visual confirmation on, that way it takes them more time to register than for you to delete.
If you don't react other than to delete them, they will soon get bored. |
