Sorry missed it just finished was on itv at 20:30 didnt know till it started.
Seems the rspca good food label is nto all its cracked up to be very eye opening .

Known that one for a long time  RSPCA "Freedom Food" label isn't it? Just a money maker for the charity that is totally hypocritical.

Minor note, I have just eaten a rather spiffing veggie Indian meal, which has reminded me yet again that it really is more interesting, healthier, cheaper and with a lot less ethical issues to kick meat off the meal list a lot more.
I once kept up for a while a 3 day rotation, meat, fish, veggie and I'm quite tempted to start it again. |
