A couple of Logo competitions for the new yearThe rewards will be the usual t-shirts, plus the chance to see your work on our web sites
If you look at the top of: http://www.myfreeforum.org/ http://www.myfineforum.org/ http://www.myfastforum.org/ You will see our themed but different logos for the forums systems. I would now like to get: myfanforum.org and myfunforum.org off the ground. Now unlike the other names "fan" and "fun" are a bit more evocative adjective wise and the logos should fit the theme but reflect the name. So for example I don't especially think they need the dark background of the existing logos. |

I thought it was pretty clear, we want logos for the new domains, size etc is going to need to be the same as the existing logos. | ||

There are some cracking artists on CG Arts that don't read these support forums.
They'd also sell their own souls for a t-shirt, I know this for a fact. |

As no bugger has made anything for this, I would suggest that it isn't as clear as you might think Martin.
Can I ask for a new post clearly defining what is needed: 1. Size (xxx by yyy pixels) 2. Text. 3. Any images it must contain (post them please) 4. Any 'themes' you desire. 5. Anything else you can think of. If you make a new post containing this information as I outline, I can pretty much guarantee your work will get done very soon

and has to be the same size. That's it really. But given we have "fun" or "fan" as a theme the logos should reflect those words. |

I'd rather the text was "boring" and in the same style of font as the existing logos, but that is not essential. Your image of the circuit is nice and would easily have been good for any of myfast, myfine or myfree, but does lack the "fun" or "fan" element. | ||

Fun is quite difficult to define with pictures! I chose people I'd recognise as being well known for fan but it is a wide ranging title. I went for personalities. I could do you a couple of different ones and you could Java a rotation if you like.
