"Gobble" - swapitshop.myfreeforum.orgHi there,
As daler=p made a topic about in this section, I am creating a topic (as adviced by staff on here) regarding the user called "Gobble" who is the same person as "Adam" on SwapitShop Lounge.
Now, to give some sort of indication that this man is a paedophile. I have a copy of the chat log between Adam (Gobble) and David_Tennant_4_eva if that is required by staff on here, I felt it unsuitable to publicly post it. On another discussion about this user on another SwapitShop forum, many users claimed to have had fairly unusual incidents with Adam.

After speaking to the three admins on swapitshop.myfreeforum.org they all came back with the same response, he isn't going to be getting banned due to the fact that "it didn't happen on their forum".

As we established in the other thread, if it has been established that someone is a predatory pedophile to a reasonable standard of proof, then they cannot be active on a forum frequented by minors. Personally I'd rather they weren't on any forum, but that is for forum owners to judge.
But as I say in a forum with a clear child audience it is intolerable that such an individual be allowed membership. It is criminally irresponsible of the admins concerned, and would be equally irresponsible of us to knowingly allow it.
A notice has been sent to the owner of swapitshop.myfreeforum.org.
They must demonstrate that the user you are saying is the same user, is not (for that matter you really should provide evidence that it is the same user).
Failing this, the user must be banned for life.
Any attempt at deception in this matter will result in severe consequences. There is no room for debate on this.

Gobble, Is the same person as he has sent me messages on msn that he is that user. He has also it in his sig, and has it on some of the messages he posts.
I will just ban him now if you want.
But my view is that its none of our business as it did't have on our forum. The girl I don't think got naked. So it was all talk but nothing happened. But if you advise me to ban him then I will do.

Having a member of your forum who is a known threat to your members who are children is an issue to you, or at least is should be.
I find your attitude incomprehensible frankly.

Finally the admin of this forum has seen sense. I have actually been banned from that forum for telling him to ban this user.
Well done admin, you've made him see sense!

With the forum owner confirming that he has been banned , im going to close this ,, unless Admin feels the need to reopen.
