Better sub forum cosmetics

I have highlighted in bold the typical changes.

This will give you the sub forums in a separate table.

i have been trying to get this wee change working for the last few hours and im going no where.

i have followed your guide at the top exactly,
but nothing is changing at all, no seperation of announcements , stickies ect.

Now possibly im having a blonde moment here but i thought this was going to work out

Sometimes you have to make sure lines like:

are written
