Now ask your question in clear English without "txt" speak>>>>

When users go to the forum and are NOT logged in and see a topic with several pages and click on say page 2 of a topic, they are always taken to the first page. (rather than to the correct page).

If you are logged in you are taken to the correct page.

Any thoughts of how to correct this for users not logged in.
