Theme edit problem

I did a search, but I didn't see anything relevant...

I am in the process of changing the layout to my forums.... things were going smooth, until I changed the theme page.  I changed the stylesheet.css like I wanted, hit submit, and it worked fine.  I went to change another .css file, and I couldn't find how.  After looking at an unedited version I found this...

Above the edit box is a dropdown box to select which file to edit, soon as a file is edited and submitted, that dropdown box is gone, and I can no longer edit any other file.

Is there a way to fix this?

All phpbb3 theme files are amalgumated into one massive file that you edit all at once. Hence no dropdown.
