I was the guest who put in the complaint!!

I thought i put it forward in an adult and calm fashion. I would be delighted if you could enlighten me as to how I was pouting and as to how the complaint was childish?

And for that matter, why you feel a member who is pretending to be several other people in an attempt to defame their good names, is something you feel is not a problem??

I believe Badger did post a link, and frankly I think if you bother to look you will see that pretty much all the names on there are being imitated.

Certainly the person(s) claiming they are Scattykat, Badger, Craigy and Gazza are not those actual people.

I really would hope that you dont hide behind red tape and actually look into this matter before it gets out of hand.

First of all, to illegally imitate somebody you would have to be using either a trademarked name or the persons actual real name. Since when has "Badger" been a trade marked name. I dare say if I trawled google I could find lots of different people using the same login names around the world.


Nothing offensive has been posted at said site by forum admin only by unregistered guests, admin did place restrictions on posting in the photography section and F1 section as it was trolled by "Apollo" who was then banned. Admin on that site are trying to run a good clean forum, pleas stop trying to ruin it.

In reference to the above site.

It is a deliberate attempt to imitate other people, cause more trouble and stir muddy waters. None of the registered people are the 'real' people. The language is offensive to a number of people, including talk of sexual activity.

Please read this thread and be reminded that none of these people are who they say they are. Illegal? I doubt it. Morally beneath contempt? Yes.

All I can see is potty mouthed 10 year olds in a playground, it is beneath contempt and as I see it they are only succeeding if you let lame garbage from retards bother you. The daft thing is giving links to their garbage

In T&C terms there is nothing actually clearly there. Unless you can provide a clear T&C breach I will soon delete this thread to remove any publicity they may gain.

I can't control what guests are saying but if I feel it gets out of hand I will have admin delete posts. You talk of muddy waters - in other words forum wars, this isnt the place to discuss such matters. Stop wasting the time of these admin people.

Firstly nobody has mentioned legalities so please do not be so melodramatic.

Secondly, a lot of the very offensive stuff has been deleted. Pretending to be someone known on other sites and saying that they take drugs and sleep around is very offensive.

I think admin, had this "lame garbage" been about you then you may see things in a different light, as it is, i can see you are not going to take a genuine complaint seriously. To moan about people posting links when in fact you asked for that link is rather silly.

Im sure you will delete this thread shortly, i only hope your rug is big enough to keep sweeping this nasty little problem under.

Firstly GG, can you prove that I am indeed pretending to be somebody else??? Er no, ScattyKat is a play on words from the T.V show Friends - ie. Smellycat. I put my own spin on it and come up with Scatykat. I am aware that another Scatty exists, as do 84 others on the net (I Searched). I am currently trademarking/copywriting the name now. Its only £50.

But again I stress the point, why are you bringing forum wars on to a T&C forum??

Stop bitching and move on.
