Problem with other forum\forum owner!

Hi,

I am the owner of http://sportsbetting.myfreeforum.org
Please note that my forum can also be access using http://forum.sports-pro.co.uk

I have a problem with the owner of http://barneyssportschat.myfreeforum.org/

This person has been banned from my forum on countless times posting as different users intent on causing disruption on the forum.

Here is a list of the many IP's that this person has been using:-
194.81.112.11
82.32.4.196
192.171.198.10
194.75.236.69
172.215.31.93

I am pretty sure there are more but this is what we have recorded.

After being banned several times this person has started his own forum up and...

1) He mass e-mailed many of our users advertising his forum.

2) He has copied out forum guidelines word for word.

3) He has posted on his forum using usernames of popular members from our forum:-

I will post tomorrow with more infomation if needed. this user has crossed the line and my admin team felt immediate action was necessary hence a 11:50pm posting

Any further advice you can give as this person has caused more disruption today.

I suppose the next step is to report the ISP that has been providing the IP numbers?

You can use the moderation portal to place new members on moderation.

Between that and simply ignoring them, they will go away.

Reporting to ISPs is hard going.
