This always amazes me, why would you advertise for mods that you dont even know? Surely to keep your board safe and running well you would only have people you trust to do mod or admin stuff? _________________ http://chillpill.myfastforum.org/index.php

Couldn't agree more!

If/when my forum grows big enough to require additional moderators then I will hand pick them from existing members that I have got to know and can trust.

Same here - I have only Mods that I know and TRUST @ The Lazy Lounge!!! Also, NEVER be tempted to Co-Admin . . .In My Expereince, It rarely works! One Firm But Fair Admin and a team of trusted Mods, and you'll do Fine! Good Luck with Your Board! _________________ My Site: The Lazy Lounge
