Locked out or broken?

I've seen a couple of threads about being locked out, but I created this forum tonight and was busily accepting user requests and then my access stopped working. Now all my users can get in but I cant and Im getting emails with group permission requests that I cant act on.

I've tried it on Firefox and on IE and its been longer than the ten minute lock out time. Rebooted everything and still nothing, not even an error message, just locks up the browser with a "loading" message on the toolbar

Is that an IP lockout?

Any help appreciated!
