1 thing you should'nt advertise for admins. This should only be made when you are 110% sure you can trust the person. You would'nt put a large some of money in front of someone you had only just met would you.

This just makes for people to join and spam away perhaps you could do something like a predictions forums where people have to predict things like the F1 qualifing and race resaults and the winner could then be given a gift like a banner or something, this will cut out on people spamming etc.

I have been working very hard on this forum as of late one of my 3 admins left. So now if you join you have a good chance of being a admin or moderator the more posts you get the better chance of being an admin.
