Hello, I' am the website for one of the artists who was in the Junior Eurovision. On the forum http://junioreurovision.myfreeforum that was setup using your forums is offering videos and music for download which are copyright to both the artists, EMI Music and local TV stations. This is against copyright law and im hoping action will be taken. Im sorry if i sound mean and maybe some of the artists does not mind but some of the songs have been released and no one will want to buy them if they can easy get them from a website for download. If the music and videos was only clips and not full download then that would be fine. Thanks for any help with this matter. Not all videos would b illegal if they are you own or have the premission of the owners

Not all videos would b illegal if they are you own or have the premission of the owners

links to videos for download may be illegal, but what about having one to show?

So if it is not a T&C issue as you say its legal, why post a question here and not in a forum where someone might be able to answer it. At least assuming you say something beyond "something doesn't work!".
