Each email needs to contain the full information required to process a request.

Whether it is the first email of the 30th. We need to receive a logo if that is what you are asking for and the forum name. Previous emails should be quoted.

Logos should be sent in .gif or.jpg format. Please take a sensible look at the size of file and the dimensions of the logo you send. A logo has to replace the existing graphic, yet we get send loads of logos that are of an entirely different size or aspect ratio.

In Internet Explorer you can "right click" the existing graphic and select properties to see the image dimensions.

Before sending any logo we also ask that you review other available styles, and select your preferred style. We also ask that your forum actually has members and posts.
