I think people who just start a forum to post porn and other explicit junk should have an IP ban or somthing in case they start another. But as Cody well put : _________________

We have various means.

Some get reported to us.
Sometime people are dumb enough to advertise themselves here

We do run automatic scans that flag some suspicious forums.
Frequently though if someone is running a free dodgy site, it does get very popular very quickly and gets noticed in our statisitics for that reason alone.

We try to be reasonable as after all forums are our living, but by and large the forums we suspend are not occupying a grey area.
